The Google Docs signup form will be available Thursday, July 16th at 6:00pm PDT on this page: www.lextalkingtonart.com/jul20/signup .

This upcoming body of work (20+ pieces) will be for sale to people that are able to signup via an online form that I will be providing. The online form will accept approximately 20 submissions for this release then the form will close. I will finalize this number before the release. I will then go down the signup list, in order, and offer all remaining, available pieces to that person. Any unsold pieces will become available after the release or will move to the next release.

The signup form will accept approximately 20 email addresses. You will only need to enter your email address and hit submit. You will know if you made the list if you enter your info and see the message: 'Your email has been added to the list — thank you so much for signing up!' The signup form will disable itself once the maximum number of names have been added to the list. Later that day I will send an email to everyone that is on the list and let them know their position. Please monitor your spam folders for info@lextalkingtonart.com if you received the message that you made the list. Each person has the option to choose up to two pieces. Please know that there is a rare, but possible chance that if more than one person buys two pieces, the art may be sold out before reaching the last people on this list. I haven't developed a decent resolution for this scenario, but I may move those people to a future release list.

Starting Friday, July 17th, I will start at the top of the list and will email one person at a time to select from all available work on the preview page. If the person chooses to buy a piece, It will get marked as sold and I will present the remaining pieces to the next person on the list. I will give each buyer approximately 24 hours to decide on a piece before moving onto the next person. Due to the 24 hour window I provide buyers, it could take up to ~24 days before I reach the end of the list. It usually goes quicker than that.

Unfortunately, my commission / special request time is currently booked. I will announce on my social media and email list when commissions are back open. I will probably do another signup list for these in the future.

Unfortunately, I will not be offering to move people to a future list unless all of the pieces sell-out before buyers at the end of the list get to choose.

I usually email PayPal invoice from which you can pay by credit card. I also accept Venmo and will accept a U.S. check if you would like to pay that way.

Some international orders may be sold through my Etsy account if I determine that Etsy can better handle the transaction. All other foreign transactions will be done via PayPal invoice which I'll email to you.

Not all pieces include shipping in their prices. Please see the description for each individual piece. All domestic shipping goes through USPS and is shipped insured priority. I will provide tracking numbers via email.

I now ship to areas in Mexico and South America using DHL! I will need to verify your shipping address before selling art to you. Depending on the size of the piece, please know that shipping to Brazil could cost between $335.00 and $515.00 USD or more for larger pieces. Shipping to Mexico would range from $135.00 - $190.00 or more; this is similar to shipping to Europe.
